Cardio (no equipment needed)

Hey Everyone

Today's cardio breakdown looks like this:

10 high knees
10 push-ups
10 squat jumps
10 (without the push-up) burpees
10 jump lunges
1:00 min elbow plank
10 crunches
10 mountain climbers
10 one-legged squats
1:00 min wall sit

Do 5 sets of 10 reps
